Come and join us this September for some time out to energise and balance yourself with yoga, fitness, nourishing food and head space.
As we move through Summer into Autumn, priorities and intentions shift and our minds and bodies may require energising and enjoying a little re-set and re-balance. In these challenging times we might be craving time for ourselves. This is a day for you to take some time out for yourself for some fitness, yoga, nourishing food and intention setting with others in a nurturing space.
We will gather together in a beautiful new movement space in Molesey (KT8) to laugh, share, move, eat and relax.
Clare will lead gentle flowing physical practices focusing on connecting to our bodies through mindfulness and breath, suitable for everyone (with or without previous yoga experience.
Simple, easy to follow and suitable for all, Kate will deliver fun, energising, female friendly manageable exercise sessions.
We will provide delicious and nourishing snacks and a two course vegetarian lunch.
Time to chat, socialise and share space and ideas.
Say no more - what woman doesn't need a good lie down and we will give you space to do this.
The company of like minded women with a chance to focus on yourself at the start of the new season.
Numbers will be restricted to safely suit this intimate space and will be available on a first come first served basis

With nearly 30 years experience in women’s health and wellness between them, the retreat will be hosted by Clare Teed and Kate Smart. You can expect experience and knowledge with a healthy dose of warmth and humour!
