About our Retreat Days

Why not let us look after you?

It’s been a difficult few years for everyone and as we move through the year, priorities and intentions shift and our minds and bodies may require a little re-set. After all the lockdowns we might be craving time for ourselves!  These days are for you to take some time out for yourself for some  fitness, yoga, nourishing food and space to chat and think with others in a nurturing space.

The Retreat

What you can expect on our retreat days

We will gather together in a beautiful new movement space in Molesey (KT8) to laugh, share, move, eat and relax.

Yoga

Clare will lead gentle flowing physical practices focusing on connecting to our bodies through mindfulness and breath, suitable for everyone (with or without previous yoga experience.

Fitness

Simple, easy to follow and suitable for all, Kate will deliver fun, energising, female friendly manageable exercise sessions.

Nourishment

We will provide delicious and nourishing snacks and a two course vegetarian lunch one the full days and delicious snack and drink on the half days.

Social Time

Time to chat, socialise and share space and ideas.

Relaxation

Say no more - what woman doesn't need a good lie down and we will give you space to do this.

And so much more

The company of like minded women with a chance to focus on yourself in a beautiful, nourishing and caring environment.

A half day at the turn of the season to energise and restore as we move into Spring (2-5pm)

With nearly 30 years experience in women’s health and wellness between them, the retreat will be hosted by Clare Teed and Kate Smart. You can expect experience and knowledge with a healthy dose of warmth and humour!
