I love love love hearing the positive feelings my clients have after working with me. Physically it might mean a more reliable pelvic floor, a tummy scar that’s more comfy, relaxed neck and shoulders or a heavier deadlift but generally feeling more positive about ourselves and the life we lead can’t be beaten!

“I have been going to Kate’s classes, whether Buggyfit or the F.I.T. class, for four years now.  I just can’t recommend it highly enough.  I’m not a “gym person” and have always looked on exercise as something that got in the way of my social life but as time ticked by I became aware of the need to build exercise into my weekly routine and so I started Kate’s classes.  They are perfect: reasonably priced, outdoors (which is SO much better than being shut up indoors in a gym), you can take your children and have some “me time” with them present – and you almost exercise without even realising it!
