Come and join us this December for some time out from the busy season to relax yourself with yoga, fitness, nourishing snacks and head space.

About this Retreat

Why not let us look after you for a few special hours.

As we move into the festive season, our minds and bodies may require a little care and restorative time. We certainly all benefit from time for ourselves to relax and restore.  These precious hours are for you to take some time out for yourself for some  movement, yoga and time with others to nourish yourself inside and out.

The Retreat

What you can expect on our retreat day

We will gather together in a beautiful movement space in Molesey (KT8) to laugh, share, move, eat and relax.

Yoga

Clare will lead gentle flowing physical practices focusing on connecting to our bodies through mindfulness and breath, suitable for everyone (with or without previous yoga experience.

Fitness

Simple, easy to follow and suitable for all, Kate will deliver a session focusing on releasing muscular tension through movement, self massage techniques and myofascial release.

Nourishment

We will provide delicious and nourishing snacks and a warming drink.

Social Time

Time to chat, socialise and share space and ideas.

Relaxation

Say no more - what woman doesn't need a good lie down and we will give you plenty of space to do this.

And so much more

The company of like minded women with a chance to focus on yourself at this time of year.

Numbers will be restricted to safely suit this intimate space and will be available on a first come first served basis

With nearly 30 years experience in women’s health and wellness between them, the retreat will be hosted by Clare Teed and Kate Smart. You can expect experience and knowledge with a healthy dose of warmth and humour!
